Terms and Conditions

This Page Was Last Updated On: 20 September 2025

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website, course materials, and community resources. By accessing or using OnlineCommunityLaunch.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website.

You can find these Terms and Conditions on our website at www.onlinecommunitylaunch.com/terms

1. Overview

Online Community Launch (the "Business") provides a free educational course and community resources designed to teach anyone how to create and launch their own community on Skool.com. Additionally, we offer website templates for sale and an optional service to install templates for a fee. By use of the website or any resources provided, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

2. Affiliate Disclaimer

Online Community Launch participates in affiliate programs for tools we personally use or believe will help our audience—currently Skool.com and Systeme.io.

When you click an affiliate link, the provider places a tracking cookie (Skool’s window is 14 days). If you complete a qualifying action within that time, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Prices are identical whether you use our link or go direct.

Recommendations are based on real experience and are never paid “sponsorships.”

Providers control their own terms, privacy, and performance. Review those documents before signing up.

We place clear disclosures near every affiliate link and in email footers to comply with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), the U.S. FTC, and similar regulators worldwide.

If you prefer not to support us through commissions, simply visit any provider’s site without using our links.

3. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

3.1 What We Collect

Data is stored on secure servers provided by reputable email-marketing and hosting platforms. We follow Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) for security, access, correction, and deletion.
We implement industry-standard measures to protect your information, however, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Skool Profit Calculator Chrome Extension Privacy Policy

This extension does not collect, store, or share any personal data.

Its sole purpose is to provide a standalone calculator tool that helps users estimate potential earnings from their Skool community. All calculations are performed locally in your browser.

There are no trackers, logins, cookies, or external data requests.

While some buttons and links within the calculator may contain affiliate tracking parameters, the extension itself does not collect or transmit any personal information.

If you choose to sign up for Skool via one of these affiliate links, a small commission may be earned by the creator — at no additional cost to you.

5. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

All videos, guides, templates, and other materials remain the intellectual property of Online Community Launch. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal educational use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly post any portion without written permission.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

6. Earnings Disclaimer

Building an online community depends on many factors outside our control—niche selection, effort, marketing, pricing, and audience response. We do not guarantee that you will earn any specific amount, recoup costs, or reach profitability within any particular timeframe (or at all).

In our training, “profit mode” means generating $100 USD per month or more in recurring revenue, enough to cover one Skool community subscription ($99 USD per month).

We promise ongoing free guidance, feedback, and accountability until you reach profit mode, but ultimately results depend on your actions and market conditions.

Any examples, case studies, or testimonials presented on our Website or in our materials are for illustrative purposes only to show what is possible for motivated individuals, but should not be interpreted as a guarantee or promise of earnings or results.

6.1 No Professional Advice:

The information provided in our courses, templates, and community is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified professional before making any financial, business, or legal decisions.

6.2 Risk Acknowledgment:

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that starting and growing a business carries inherent risks, including but not limited to financial loss. You agree that Online Community Launch is not responsible for your business outcomes, decisions, or any losses incurred.

By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own success and results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Online Community Launch and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, errors or omissions in content, or business interruption arising from your use—or inability to use—our Website or resources. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed $100 AUD.

We do not guarantee that our services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

Third-party websites that may appear on our Website are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Any interaction with third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions. We recommend reviewing the terms and policies of third-party websites before engaging with them.
